Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Location: CARE Cox`s Bazar Field Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to March 31, 2022.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Roll out of accountability mechanism:
∎ Act as focal point for Accountability to Affected Population and Feedback Complaint Mechanism (FCM) of CARE Cox's Bazar.
∎ Strengthen the accountability framework and Feedback Complaints Mechanism (FCMs) in CARE Cox's Bazar and ensure its operation and roll-out across all programs and sectors
∎ Contextualize and update existing SOP, guidance and frameworks for FCM to facilitate safe and accessible FCM for community even in the evolving context and meet donor requirement.
∎ Ensure all the FCM channels and mechanisms are functioning well and a centralized database of all feedback complaints received is maintained and updated on a regular basis.
∎ Produce monthly Feedback Complaint report and share with all sectors and programs.
∎ Ensure information is shared consistently with affected communities about CARE/ partners' mandates, humanitarian principles and refugees' rights, and existing Feedback, complaints and response mechanisms. Develop or adapt key messages for sharing information as per need on the ground.
∎ Ensure training/ orientation of project staff and volunteers on accountability to affected population and feedback complaint mechanism (FCM)
∎ Support development of tools, systems and processes for FCM
∎ Contribute to accountability coordination with MEAL coordinator by engaging with all relevant stakeholders, NGOs and UN agencies to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to accountability

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years experiences in M&E, Accountability, FCM and Data Management from any development or humanitarian organization
∎ Professional skills on data analysis and visualization software (SPSS, Power BI), competent in use of mobile based data collection tools (Kobo, ODK), knowledge on GIS and basic mapping skills
∎ Understanding on humanitarian and development context in Cox's Bazar and experience to work in Cox's Bazar would be an advantage
