Job Context:
∎ The Back-End Software Developer will work on customer-facing enterprise solutions for ourSetSchedule portfolio of SaaS products. We are looking for a Back-End Developer for a hands-on project-based coding role. Our focus will lie on scalable and extensible process-driven software design, test-driven development methods, clean and well-documented code, well-aligned and forward-looking data architecture, robust configuration management for builds and deployment, and the power of "the cloud" to provide for unified solutions to the full spectrum of enterprise demands. We currently have projects in the pipeline NOW for dates of our SetSchedule Realtor applications and we are looking for your help.
∎ You will be trained by our Lead Software Architects on using our existing .NET based frameworks and then be responsible for individual development and technically leading the local development team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of multiple new products and platform initiatives in a .NET programming environment
∎ Building robust and secure applications able to withstand very high transaction loads
∎ Developing a detailed knowledge of our existing framework and be the go-to person for US-based business analysts to discuss requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or other related field or Professional Development Experience
∎ 5+ years of .NET development experience
∎ 5+ years of experience in Back-end development
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work autonomously as well as under management supervision.
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ A solid foundation in: .NET Framework, C#, SQL, JQuery, .NetCore
∎ ***Other requirements-
∎ Spoken English Skill- Good (Need to talk with the head office of the company which is in USA)
∎ At starting which is the training period - Need to work, attend meetings & training on pacific standard time (Which is at night in BD time zone)
∎ Then after the training period working time 9am to 5pm Bangladesh time and need to attend meetings & training on pacific standard time if needed.
∎ SetSchedule wants to open an office in Dhaka in the future. So need to work on the office when it will start.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 160000 (Monthly)
∎ 1000USD to 2500USD (Negotiable)
***Will get $1000 USD joining bonus after completing the first 6 months with us!***
