Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study relevant documents, papers, and manuals for conceptual clarity.
∎ From time to time discuss, share, and check with relevant persons to avoid misconceptions.
∎ Assist other department staff in getting clear ideas about RDRS M&E concepts and practices.
∎ Undertake frequent field visits, interact with different stakeholders, consult various documents/registers, and thus identify problems.
∎ Prepare and share situational reports for PCs/PMs based on the findings from field visits, interactions, and document consultations.
∎ Select study issues in consultation with local management and/or related colleagues/persons.
∎ Set study methodologies in consultation with relevant persons, draw samples and ensure data collection and reporting as per plan.
∎ Ensure at least two publications in each quarter (3 months).
∎ Conduct at least one case study each month and prepare features for internal/external publications.
∎ Participate in all stages (i.e., designing, planning, data collection, data entry, analysis, and reporting) of surveys and evaluations organized by the MEL Department.
∎ Stay responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and validity of collected data.
∎ Put contributions for better analysis and quality reporting.
∎ Take part in post-survey feedback and sharing events.
∎ Attend meetings at the federation, Upazila, and Project levels regularly and observations, findings, and recommendations for management consideration.
∎ Conducting occasional training or orientation sessions on Monitoring and Evaluation for the Monitoring Officer or other relevant staff of the organization.
∎ Assist timely flow of data from project and sector units for periodic (quarterly/half-yearly/annual) progress reports through interactions, reminders, and follow-ups.
∎ Check the consistency and reliability of given data and take steps to get correct and time-bound data from different sources.
∎ Assist in data entry and reporting process.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly work plan and activity report to supervisor.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3- 5 years relevant experience.
∎ Sound knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning.
∎ Very good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, SPSS, KOBO and Power BI).
∎ Good interpersonal skills and command over English and Bangla – both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent data analysis and report writing.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.
∎ Willing to travel extensively within the RDRS operational area and beyond.
∎ Willing to work beyond duty hours when required.
∎ Ability to solve problems and implement corrective action as needed.
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Salary: Tk. 41088 - 44512 (Monthly)
