Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in Textile Engineering.
∎ Bachelors' degree in any other discipline having required experience in LINGERIE merchandising.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This job is fully related to all the responsibility of LINGERIE merchandising.
∎ Responsible for the sampling process.
∎ Follow up on order process from confirmation to shipment.
∎ Help manage the order allocation process.
∎ Manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier.
∎ Evaluate and manage the factories for continuous improvement and business development.
∎ Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem solving wherever necessary.
∎ To work closely and effectively with cross-functional departments (QA, PD, Sourcing, Production, Artwork...).
∎ The incumbent will be fully responsible for costing & sourcing as well.
∎ To provide support to Senior management.
∎ Any other tasks if assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
∎ Strong listening & presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound personality to work in team.
∎ Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.

Salary: Negotiable
