Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep abreast of market trends
∎ Visit the suppliers and factories on a regular basis
∎ Develop and source high quality & price competitive suppliers & products, to maintain market competitiveness and improve turnover
∎ Develop and nurture business partnerships with other internal departments and external entities, like suppliers, in order to meeting customer requirements
∎ Able to turn available information into marketing tools for business enhancement
∎ Drive the direction & goals set by the manager, help with training, delegate tasks when necessary, and motivate the development of team's skills
∎ Establish a strong supplier base by evaluating, monitoring and upgrading the performance of existing and potential vendors
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years experiences in lingerie, shape wear & swimwear.
∎ At least 5 years experience in liaison office,
∎ Candidate having experience both factories & liaison office is prefer able.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English
∎ Proficient with MS Office applications
∎ Good communication skills, self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure
∎ Good analytical skills
