• Proven experience working with Inditex, LPP, Max, Sergeant Major, and Koton is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Merchandiser with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing office and 2 years of experience in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and will be well-versed in dealing with renowned brands such as Inditex, LPP, Max, Sergeant Major, and Koton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the merchandising team in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Oversee the sourcing and production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market trends and customer demands.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
