Minimum of 5 years experience in similar type of fabric sourcing job.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
In-depth knowledge of fabrics, textile manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using sourcing and inventory management software

Job Summary:
This role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with fabric suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms. The Fabric Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with the design, production, and quality assurance teams to meet the company`s sourcing needs and support its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop fabric library for both knit and woven fabric
Develop local and foreign fabric suppliers
Negotiate best possible fabric price
Ensure to maintain a good relation with good fabric suppliers
Monitor fabric shipment schedule and communicate with suppliers
