Job Context:

We are seeking some highly motivated and experienced “Senior Merchandiser” for Senior Executive and Assistant Manager tire (depending on experience level and performance on interview). The position requires to play a crucial role in executing sales and marketing, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient production capacity utilization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire merchandising process from order inquiry to shipment.

• Communicate with buyers for product development, costing, approvals, and order follow-ups.

• Negotiate prices, delivery dates, and payment terms with buyers.

• To follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.

• Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, quality, & sample submit to the buyer for approval.

• Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production.

• To collect an inventory report from the store.

• Sent the required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) third-party test and provide the report to the client.

• Space booking to the shipping line and goods handover on time.

• Follow up on raw material sourcing, accessories, and trims to meet production timelines.

• Ensure on-time order execution, maintaining product quality and buyer requirements
