Responsibilities & Context:

For Medical Officer

  • Provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.

  • Assist or perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as needed.

  • Monitor post-operative patients and ensure proper recovery protocols.

  • Supervise junior medical staff and ensure quality care delivery.

  • Maintain proper documentation and patient records.

  • Collaborate with senior ophthalmologists for complex cases.

  • Participate in community outreach and eye screening camps when required.

  • Ensure adherence to medical ethics, safety, and hospital policies.

  • Age: 30 to 45 years (preferred)

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Salary 50,000 - 90,000 Taka

For Ophthalmologist

  • This position is open on a full-time, part-time or chamber basis/ private practice.

  • Especially handling Out patients department .

  • Contributing clinical expertise to patient care.

  • Performing administrative duties and risk management.

  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care is maintained.

  • Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating the treatment plans.

  • Supervising and mentoring the healthcare professionals in collaboration with the consultants.

  • Managing allocated budget and identifying key areas of improvement in Ophthalmic care.

  • Ensuring compliance with the healthcare regulations and safety standards.

  • Reporting to the senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.

  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy on medical record keeping practice.

  • Age: 30 to 45 years (preferred)

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Salary 1,00,000 - 1,50,000 Taka
