Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies.

• Identify growth opportunities, new service lines, and expansion initiatives.

• Lead annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.

Marketing & Branding

• Oversee brand positioning, advertising, promotions, PR, and media relations.

• Lead digital marketing, website management, and social media strategy.

• Plan and implement health awareness campaigns and promotional programs.

Business Development

• Build partnerships with corporate clients, insurance companies, NGOs, and referral networks.

• Develop corporate healthcare programs and institutional collaborations.

• Identify new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities.

Corporate Relations & Networking

• Maintain relationships with government bodies, corporate organizations, and healthcare partners.

• Represent the hospital at conferences, seminars, and business forums.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor marketing ROI, patient acquisition metrics, and revenue growth.

• Prepare strategic reports and present insights to senior management.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage marketing and business development teams.

• Set KPIs and ensure departmental performance excellence.

Educational Qualification

• MBA in Marketing / Management / Healthcare Management (preferred).

• Additional professional certifications in marketing or healthcare management will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in marketing and business development.

• At least 5–7 years in senior leadership role.

• Experience in hospital, healthcare or service industry is highly preferred.
