Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Maintain safety and security of hospital premises, patients, staff, and visitors.
Monitor entry and exit points and control visitor access.
Patrol hospital premises regularly to prevent unauthorized activities.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
Assist in crowd control and ensure smooth movement during peak hours.
Maintain security logs and incident reports.
Support fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Follow hospital security policies and instructions from supervisors.
Educational Qualification
Minimum SSC or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in security services preferred.
Experience in hospital, corporate office, or reputed organization will be an advantage.
Fresh candidates with good physical fitness may also apply.
Additional Requirements
Physically fit and mentally alert.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Ability to work in shifts (day/night).
Basic communication skills in Bangla; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
