Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in sales, marketing, and merchandising within the textile/apparel industry.
Strong understanding of textile products, supply chain dynamics, and international trade.
Proven experience in trend analysis, product development, and client management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing platforms.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Sales Strategy & Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Lead sales negotiations and manage key client relationships.
Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure targets are met.
Marketing & Market Intelligence
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns in line with company goals.
Enhance brand positioning through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
Merchandising Operations
Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring timely product development and delivery.
Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to align product offerings with market needs.
Ensure product pricing, costing, and quality standards meet client and market expectations.
Manage client communications, sample approvals, and order confirmations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and merch professionals.
Collaborate with R&D and production departments to develop customer-centric solutions.
Establish departmental SOPs and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
