∎ Experience in medical promotion or diagnostics sales is a plus.
∎ Strong communication & networking skills.
∎ Willing to travel within Dhaka and other regions.
∎ Proven experience in sales, business development or marketing within healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
∎ A deep understanding of Lab Science services and the healthcare market.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ A strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and expand our presence within the diagnostic sector.
∎ Ability to collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings and client expectations.
∎ Highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a sales or promotional capacity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote RT-PCR and other molecular tests to doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
∎ Promote world-class molecular testing, including NGS, along with the introduction of new tests in the global market.
∎ Promote a single company's tests, ensuring a focused and high-quality approach.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
∎ Achieve sales and promotional targets in assigned territories.
∎ Organize scientific seminars and awareness programs.
