∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in service offerings.
∎ Provide ongoing support and training to corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Work alongside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
