∎ DVM/M. Pharm /B. Pharm from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Brand Strategy and ensure its implementation for achieving company goals.
∎ Create Business opportunities for the company by identifying and launching of new molecules and import different veterinary products for Marketing.
∎ Develop strategy & implement marketing plan to action plan.
∎ Develop annual promotion plan of assigned products and facilitate in the allocation of promotional items as per plan to establish or enhance brand loyalty in the local market.
∎ Lead and supervise the team of SBMD Veterinary effectively and monitor their assigned tasks.
∎ Conduct training of Field Personnel on new and existing products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age Limit: 40 years (Age can be relaxed for more experienced and qualified candidates)
∎ Working experience in Product Management (Veterinary) of Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) & strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem solving skills with ability to work independently under strictest deadline are required.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is required.
∎ The incumbent should be pro-active to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
