∎ Masters from any reputed University.

Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate strategic business plan to business growth and ensure cost effective management of resources;
∎ Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all departments to achieve company's goal;
∎ Ensure quality food production & on time delivery.
∎ Handle the customers complain and take necessary initiative to ensure the clients service and quality products on time;
∎ Lead & monitor R & D/ New development as regular basis.
∎ Ensure continuous flow of supply chain of raw materials.
∎ Ensure new unit plan & establishment in Dhaka or any location as per business plan.
∎ Ensure manpower plan, maintain shifting production & follow up sub-ordinate.
∎ Ensure KPI, schedules, policies and procedures of Epyllion Foods & Beverage Ltd.
∎ Ensure maintenance of Machinery & Equipment properly.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up employees to achieve business plan;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 10 years working experience in Operation with Food & Beverage industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Good knowledge in Production & operation management.
∎ Strong analytical, technical skill and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
