Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all pattern ,all finish pattern
∎ Planning and Organizing all pattern schedules
∎ costing yy ,booking yy
∎ Analyze, control & reduce cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Bulk correction , bulk marker , bulk cut plan , & measurement .
∎ Necessary initiative have to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Must have good concept about Planning
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over production & extra hour work.
∎ On time all pilot pattern and bulk pattern release,
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Overseeing production processes
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions
∎ To spend time in innovation and create a Kaizen culture
∎ Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises
∎ Maintain budget and optimize expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years in a similar industry, proven experience of Manager role or similar experience in CAD section.
