Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in DVM/Animal Husbandry with preferred MSc in Poultry Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Breeder Farm Management, Poultry Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring distribution of appropriate amount of feed, water and ventilation.
∎ Execute schedule vaccination and lighting program.
∎ Monitoring the flock health, post mortem findings and taking action on any signs of deficiency and diseases as instructed or discussed with the management.
∎ Managing flock uniformity, beak conditioning, grading to maximize flock performance.
∎ Laying nest and hatching egg management
∎ Ensure strict adherence of bio-security measures in all level of activities of the breeder farm.
∎ Rodent and paste control & rice husk management.
∎ Managing all kinds of activities related to spent hen selling.
∎ Farm cleaning and disinfection after flock culling and prepare to receive new flock.
∎ Implementing all kinds of decision regarding farm management as instructed/discussed with the management.
∎ Preparation of all kinds of daily, monthly and other periodical report like feed consumption, medicine, vaccine and general items used.
∎ Maintain worker and supervisor attendance and prepare report daily and monthly to compute salary and wages sheet.
∎ Communication and liaison with hatchery department, feed mill, store and others supporting department.
∎ Training and development of shed supervisor & worker to make them eligible for their specific job.
