We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager- Maintenance " for a reputed organization. located at Nizampur, Fakirabad, Hobiganj Sadar, Hobiganj. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all spinning machinery (e.g., blow room, carding, draw frames, roving frames, ring frames, etc.)
• Ensure prompt corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
• Monitor and maintain all spinning equipment to achieve high operational efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the performance of spinning machinery and associated systems.
• Work closely with the production team to address machine-related quality and efficiency issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of machines for consistent yarn quality.
• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and consumables to ensure minimal disruption during emergencies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of high-quality spare parts at optimal costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by implementing energy-efficient practices, improving maintenance processes, and upgrading machinery when necessary.
• Plan and manage the maintenance budget efficiently.
