• Age 30 to 40 years

1.B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing / Dyeing / Chemical).

2.Master’s degree or specialized training in textile chemistry/dyeing preferred.

3.Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior R&D role (Denim & Dyeing).

4.Proven track record of buyer approvals and successful innovations.

5.Strong knowledge of enzyme wash, acid wash, pigment, sulfur, reactive dyeing & finishing.

1.Lead the development of new washes, dyeing recipes, and special finishes for denim and non-denim fabrics.

2.Conduct lab trials, bulk sampling, and shade developments for buyer approval.

3.Innovate in eco-friendly, water-saving, and sustainable dyeing & washing processes.

4.Handle buyer R&D queries, presentations, and technical approvals.

5.Troubleshoot issues related to shade variation, fastness, and chemical applications.

6.Manage, train, and develop the R&D team and technicians.

7.Ensure compliance with chemical safety, EHS, and brand sustainability requirements.
