Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior R&D role (Denim & Dyeing).
- Proven track record of buyer approvals and successful innovations.
- Strong knowledge of enzyme wash, acid wash, pigment, sulfur, reactive dyeing & finishing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the development of new washes, dyeing recipes, and special finishes for denim and non-denim fabrics.
Conduct lab trials, bulk sampling, and shade developments for buyer approval.
Innovate in eco-friendly, water-saving, and sustainable dyeing & washing processes.
Handle buyer R&D queries, presentations, and technical approvals.
Troubleshoot issues related to shade variation, fastness, and chemical applications.
Manage, train, and develop the R&D team and technicians.
Ensure compliance with chemical safety, EHS, and brand sustainability requirements.
