- Must be a member of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
- Experienced in checking FAR Analysis received from external consultants.
- Experienced in checking RAJUK Sheet received from external consultants.

The Company is looking for qualified and career oriented Civil Engineer in the position of Senior Manager/AGM (Construction & Maintenance). Job grade will be offered on the basis of experience and competency.
Major Responsibilities:
- Analyzing BOQ from different kind of vendors
- Coordinating and monitoring all the on-going construction and maintenance sites for smooth execution of project works
- Checking and approving Structural Drawings received from external and internal consultants
- Preparing special working drawing if and when necessary
- Ensuring work done at site as per design and drawing
- Ensuring prompt action if there is any emergency in any of the on-going sites or completed projects
- Ensuring the preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management
- Supervising and managing the team members and their works to ensure optimum output
- Performing any other jobs as assigned by the management time to time
