The role is responsible for overseeing the Group’s overall administrative operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace. This position plays a key role in office management, asset control, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance. The role also supports HR leadership in policy implementation and employee-related administrative matters, while leading the admin team and ensuring uninterrupted operational support for business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative operations across the Group in line with company policies and standards.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including logistics, security, transport, housekeeping, and utility services.
Monitor the maintenance, usage, and safeguarding of company assets, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal utilization.
Design, implement, and regularly update administrative policies, systems, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Control administrative budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective and value-driven operations.
Manage procurement activities including vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
Supervise transport operations including vehicle allocation, scheduling, fuel monitoring, and driver management.
Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, and full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Maintain effective liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and local administration.
Support the Head of HR & Admin in policy enforcement, employee discipline matters.
Lead, guide, and develop the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Provide administrative support for meetings, training programs, workshops, and official corporate events.
Prepare, analyze, and present periodic reports on administrative performance, costs, and improvement initiatives.
Manage emergency situations and proactively address safety, security, and risk-related issues.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of HR & Admin or senior management.
