• The applicant must have at least 3 years of working experience in the same position with a large Knit garment (Knit & Jacket) industry.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Positive work ethic and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

• Establish and monitor quality checkpoints at all manufacturing stages from fabrication to shipment.

• Lead the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a standard Quality Management System (QMS) in line with buyer and customer requirements.

• Develop, implement, and enforce Company SOPs related to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).

• Conduct regular quality inspections, analyze deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure high pass rates in internal and external inspections by meeting buyer quality standards, system implementation, and continuous quality enhancement.

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring accountability and effective reporting to top management.

• Ensure end-to-end quality assurance throughout the entire process from fabrication, knitting, dyeing, finishing, garmenting, to shipment.

• Provide technical guidance, production support, process management, and quality improvement solutions to relevant departments.

• Maintain close coordination with merchandising and production teams to plan and execute quality strategies effectively.

• Train and develop quality personnel on QA standards as per buyer and customer requirements.

• Develop and execute rejection minimization plans and communicate preventive measures to the production department.

• Handle buyers’ QA activities, including final inspections, factory floor visits, and follow-ups.

• Manage and support technical audits, buyer audits, and compliance audits.

• Ensure zero re-check scenarios during final inspection through robust internal quality controls.

• Drive and promote a KAIZEN and continuous improvement culture across all quality-related functions.
