Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Garments Manufacturing/Apparel Merchandising or related discipline.
Training on Production Planning, RMG Finishing Operations, or PPC systems will be preferred.

Strong understanding of RMG finishing processes and workflow.
Production planning and scheduling skills.
Ability to analyze data and manage production priorities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, production tracking, and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and quality awareness.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finishing production plans based on shipment schedules.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, and Merchandising teams for finishing priorities.
Monitor finishing output including trimming, ironing, folding, packing, and cartonization.
Ensure finishing activities align with buyer shipment plans and delivery dates.
Track WIP movement from sewing to finishing and finishing to warehouse.
Identify bottlenecks in finishing processes and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate manpower planning and overtime requirements for finishing sections.
Ensure availability of packing materials (poly, carton, accessories) in coordination with store and commercial teams.
Support quality assurance by planning rework, repair, and inspection schedules.
Maintain finishing production status reports and daily MIS.
Update shipment readiness status to management and merchandising teams.
Support factory shipment loading and dispatch planning.
Ensure compliance with buyer packing instructions and standards.
Assist in capacity planning and line balancing for finishing operations.
Participate in production meetings and provide finishing updates.
