• Ensure quality production and on-time shipment as per plan.

• Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting a plan from the planning department.

• Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Coordinate all departments for smooth production.

• Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and maintenance to ensure customers` expectations are met.

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

• Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimum capital investment.

• Monitoring plan VS actual production & take a necessary step.        

• Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Supervisors & Staff for ensuring daily production.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.

• Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures·

• Capable of handling orders of any buyer independently.

• Should have good knowledge on SAM / SMV able to work with minimum value.
