  • Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail and ERP Software.     

  • Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.

Job Context

Israq Spinning Mills Ltd. (sister concern of Ahmed group), a leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh, is looking for smart, honest and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the Compliance department.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Follow up daily Compliance related activities as organization demand and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Follow up the activities of production floor & outside area of factory premises from the ground of compliance.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and policies for Social Compliance Audit.

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies.

  • Prepare compliance-related reports for management review.

  • Handle external inspections and audits in collaboration with relevant authorities.

  • Provide training and awareness sessions to employees regarding compliance issues.

  • Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management.
