Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Group of Companies, PSTN, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Head of New business with activities related to acquisition of new partner & client.
∎ Bridging between Operator, MNOS and in-house technical team.
∎ Follow-up on existing partners & clients.
∎ To improve commercial performance and customer experience of VAS.
∎ Customer service and content development team management and monitoring.
∎ To perform market research determining who will buy products and at what price using different channels.
∎ Advise on pricing strategies to the product commercial model development
∎ Research & gather statistical data on competitors before the development & Launching of new products and services of the company.
∎ Examine prices, possible methods of strategic marketing, and sales as market followers.
∎ Obtain data to design surveys and assess consumer preferences.
∎ Provide companies with vital information to help them make decisions on the promotion, distribution, and design of new products or services.
∎ Help develop advertising brochures, flyers, and digital product portfolios for more international standard promotions.
∎ Interested candidates must be internet savvy and knowledgeable to use different web and apps services to help grow the company
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Master)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.

∎ Manage day-to-day Content development for Client & operator Account.
∎ Ensure on time content production, upload & delivery process to all the business channels/mobile operators.
∎ Maintain strong & positive relationship with business partners and clients to ensure contents & services are live in operator's portal as per business requirement.
∎ Regular communication with Operators Key contact person
∎ Instigate revenue-generating opportunities for mobile content & VAS business.
∎ R&D on International content & Platform based services.
∎ Negotiate with International Content partners to License contents as per business requirement and ensure partners are on board with minimum cost and Risk.
∎ Responsible for all necessary reports preparation relevant with Content and service business.
∎ Good communication skills (writer and verbal) both in English & Bengali are necessary.
∎ He / She has to be delivery-oriented. The capacity to deliver a successful project on time is a key requirement. The candidate needs to ensure effective and consistent delivery of on-time, on-budget and excellent results with minimal post project defects.
∎ The candidate must be a self-starter with a pro-active, problem solving approach.
∎ Managing and growing territory, maximizing short term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated business planning.
