Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead as the Product Manager with a strong sense of ownership and accountability throughout the lifecycle of multiple upcoming products and enhancements of existing projects.
∎ Gain in-depth knowledge about each product, including its unique features, customer requirements, value propositions, and technical setup needs.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and assess the competitive landscape.
∎ Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for new Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and platform services.
∎ Ensure each product's roadmap is meticulously tracked, updated, and executed on time.
∎ Act as the point of contact during product development, coordinating resources for successful product deployment, and collaborating closely with various internal teams.
∎ Create effective presentation materials to convey product information.
∎ Support the sales team in presenting our products and services to clients.
∎ Use data analysis and customer/partner feedback to continuously improve product performance.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, customers, and solution partners.
∎ Oversee and monitor existing products and projects, including the formulation of strategies for ongoing growth.
∎ Develop technical and commercial documentation for products.
∎ Prepare a comprehensive business plan with budgeting for product development and launch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the telecommunications industry will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
