Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into our operations and processes.
∎ Maintain active and proactive communication with all MVAS and Digital Service partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
∎ Deeply understand partner products and services, ensuring a comprehensive knowledge of their offerings.
∎ Collaborate with the Product Manager on operators' pitching, understanding partner product strategies, and aligning them with our operational goals.
∎ Develop strategies for the successful launch of partner products, ensuring effective positioning and market entry.
∎ Inform partners of available billing models to enhance their understanding and decision-making processes.
∎ Convey our logistical support capabilities to partners, ensuring seamless cooperation and efficient operations.
∎ Educate partners on regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
∎ Arrange technical sessions with partners and internal product teams to facilitate product integration, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Lead commercial negotiations with partners, addressing terms, pricing, and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
∎ Identify bottlenecks or obstacles in partner product launches and proactively work to mitigate these issues to ensure a smooth launch.
∎ Serve as an aide to the Managing Director in managing meeting arrangements with partners at global events. Communicate meeting timings and initiate communications with newly selected partners.
∎ Partner with traffic companies to expand the reach and impact of our services.
∎ Identify potential traffic companies, initiate negotiations, and work on mutually beneficial agreements to enhance service delivery.
∎ Continuously communicate with partners post-launch to enhance traffic/sales strategies and ensure ongoing success and growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in communications, business, or a related field.
∎ 3 years of job experience in business communication with a mandatory minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunication value-added services.
∎ Well-versed in the product lifecycle, VAS models, billing models, integration activities, and promotional activities.
∎ Strong understanding of MVAS and digital service products.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to arrange and participate in technical discussions and sessions.
∎ Proficiency in Digital Marketing
∎ Proficiency in project management and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
∎ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Proactive and highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
