Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
∎ Design and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
∎ Develop a Management Information System (MIS) dashboard to track and monitor tasks for each department, ensuring they stay on track and are completed on time.
∎ Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with relevant team members to develop and implement strategies for mitigation.
∎ Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among different departments promoting cross-functional cohesion.
∎ Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure effective communication and task alignment among team members.
∎ Organize weekly team meetings for each department to review progress, address challenges, and set goals.
∎ Evaluate departmental performance, track progress towards goals, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess organizational performance. Generate reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
∎ Providing Business Operations status and improvement areas high-level reports to top management.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding and training support for new hires.
∎ Serve as an aid to the Managing Director for managing meetings and event visits.
∎ Be adaptable and ready to take on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to support overall business operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
∎ 2 years and more experience in business operations management/related job positions.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency reporting.
∎ Knowledge of HR recruitment and onboarding processes.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
∎ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)
