Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
∎ Collaborate with business units to understand requirements, focusing on Enterprise VAS solutions, B2B digital services, platform solutions, Telco-based services and other special projects.
∎ Execute software development strategies, define delivery timelines, prepare technical documentation, and develop solution architecture as per the requirements of business units.
∎ Lead software development, ensuring user-friendly UI/UX, efficient backend integration, and thorough testing and debugging, all while meeting project timelines.
∎ Act as the central point of contact (POC) for projects, overseeing tasks such as resources and task allocation, schedule creation, budget estimation, milestone setting, and quality assurance tests.
∎ Effectively allocate and manage technical resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, while addressing resource gaps or bottlenecks.
∎ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for third-party partners, both local and international, on the technical front.
∎ Conduct existing solution maintenance, debugging, upgrades, and modifications as required.
∎ Lead research and development activities with the team and the marketing/business development
∎ department to generate innovative ideas.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with the company's goals and
∎ objectives, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
∎ Generate monthly hits/revenue reports for Top Management and hold review meetings with the CTO
∎ and team for further strategic revisions.
∎ Be responsible for achieving and ensuring ROI-based KPIs set by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in software engineering or computer science
∎ 4 years of job experience with a minimum of 2 years managing a technical team.
∎ Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Python, PHP, jQuery, ASP.NET, NodeJS, Laravel, SpringBoot, REST APIs, MySQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
∎ Proven experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on user-friendly UI/UX.
∎ Experience in building libraries and APIs.
∎ knowledge of backend, middleware, and frontend development.
∎ Ability to solve complex software and coding issues.
∎ Experience in the telecommunications industry will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
