∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Importer, Interior Design, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly manage field forces and field sales operations.
∎ Plan, organize, direct & control the respective sales staffs to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for Zone-wise projecting expected sales volume for products.
∎ Plan and develop strategies for creating new distributors and retailers base as well as corporate clients.
∎ Visit distributors', Hotel, Restaurant, hospitals corporate office and retailer markets on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring, Searching & Appointing new distributor/retailer for gap point.
∎ Maintain an optimum level of ready stocks, and solve trade queries and hand problems in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distributors and retailers, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
∎ Organize a monthly meeting, give sales feedback, prepare market observation report & set individual ZSO (Zone Sales Operations) area wise target.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to a month given target through sincere effort.
∎ Prepare marketing and promotional campaign Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer (distributors and retailers).
∎ Closely observe competitors activities & report to foreign counterpart. Also, send sales report and maintain optimal level communication with F&N head office.
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit to the management on a regular basis.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

∎ Age at least 35 years
