Experience:
BSc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university
Experience: 10–15 years in textile R&D with at least 5 years in woven high-performance and reputed industries.
Strong knowledge of weaving technologies, fabric construction, thermal behavior of textiles, and flame-retardant finishes.
Experience with industrial compliance for fabric and it’s solutions.
Familiarity with textile testing standards (e.g., Garments industry method).
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with hands-on lab and product development capabilities.
Knowledge of CAD for textile design (e.g., EAT, TexGen, or ArahWeave).
Experience with sustainability and eco-friendly materials for high-temperature applications.
Patent writing or technical publication experience.

Spinning unit consists of reputed brands of machineries like Reiter, Zinser, Schlaforst-Autocone, Autocore, Uster-Lab. Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Senior Manager- R&D (Woven Fabrics)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Lead the R&D efforts for woven fabrics, focusing on innovation, functionality, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Manage the end-to-end product development cycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, sales, marketing) to align product specifications with customer and market needs.
Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement for existing oven fabric products.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
Liaise with suppliers and raw material vendors for new fiber, yarn, and chemical developments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., GRS, GOTS, OCS, Higs, BCI and other related industrial slandered.
Maintain technical documentation, test reports, and product performance data.
Train and mentor junior R&D staff and manage project timelines and budgets.
Idea about different testing method & limitation arranging to different articles (ISO, ASTM EN, AATEC).
