Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Set Up Quality Control Department. ( Cutting, Sewing & Finishing )
∎ 2) Size Set Review & Pattern Amendment Based On Fabric Shrinkage.
∎ 3) Attend PP Meeting & Discussed About Buyer PP Comments.
∎ 4) Follow Up New Style (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing) Make Sure Garments Quality As Per Buyer Requirements.
∎ 5) Follow Up 1st Bulk Garments Pilot Run & Take Corrective Action On Pilot Run Findings
∎ 6) Guideline For Production & Quality For Better Quality & On Time Shipments.
∎ 7) Solved Any Kind Of Quality Issue & Take Decision which Raised In The Factory.
∎ 8) Co-Ordinate With Buyer Representative if any Issue During Production.
∎ 9) Follow Up Due Time Final Inspection Done.
∎ 10) Target 100% Pass Rate With Required OQL Level
∎ 11) Follow Up Daily Basis Quality Related All Jobs.
∎ 12) Technical Audit Pass Rate 100% With Good Results.

Salary: Negotiable
