Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering is preferable.
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement, Purchase, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as a sourcing responsible for cotton, yarn, dyes & chemicals of a textile industry.
∎ To collect requirement & requisition from the concerned personnel of the textile unit for taking necessary steps for procurement of cotton, yarn, dyes & chemicals.
∎ To communicate & liaison with suppliers company as a regular activity to find the best quality products for the textile unit including AOP.
∎ To collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS for Management approval.
∎ Developing continuous relationship with a pool of good vendors and building a long term sustainable business rapport with them.
∎ Negotiating with the vendors and finalizing the terms and conditions for performance guarantee, supervise services, shipment, payments, etc.
∎ To maintain liaison with the factory management in connection with requisition, supply of goods / materials in time.
∎ To conduct market survey on regular basis.
∎ Maintaining proper MIS for monitoring & controlling of all indents, Purchase orders, supplier performance, and circulating the same on regular basis.
∎ To ensure on time delivery of materials to the factory
∎ To Produce different types of report as and when required.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years hands on experiences in any reputed Group of Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure & willingness to visit factories frequently.
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
