Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate & coordinate with new and existing buyers on what items to purchase (Styles, brands, colours, sizes)
∎ Prepare cost sheet for each product, review production tech pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancy and arrange missing color standard for each key account as per requirement
∎ To analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future buyer needs, devising a merchandising plan
∎ To attract customers in spite of competition yet generate a reasonable return on investment for the company
∎ To devise a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility, this is done throughout the season
∎ Coordinate with various factories and monitor various store setups and resets in area
∎ Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process
∎ Supervise and ensure effectiveness of merchant activities
∎ Consider competitor's price for competition and maintain appropriate pricing for products accordingly
∎ Manage multiple projects, monitor and allocate appropriate resources to various accounts
∎ Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in sales volumes
∎ Supervise everyday operations and monitor progress of each factory
∎ Ensure efficient coordination with merchandising team and organize workflow
∎ Maintain a safe working environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain strong communication skills with coworker's, customers & buyer on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task.
∎ Need critical thinking skills to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.
∎ Handle multiple orders, people and many moving pieces will keep on digit.
∎ To be ready when problems arise or ready to anticipate problems before they happen
