Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in HRM from any reputed institution.
∎ LLB / PGD in HRM or Compliance will be an added advantage.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Trade Union
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing relationships with different bodies & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
∎ Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
∎ Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
∎ Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience including 03 years of experience in managerial position in the area of Employee Relations or Industrial Relations in any large organization.
∎ Strong experience in dealing employees.
∎ Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
∎ In depth knowledge of employment legislations.
∎ Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
