Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.
∎ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Database management of all pool vehicles.
∎ Monitoring transport operation using vehicles tracking systems.
∎ Communication with concern personal for smooth transportation operation.
∎ Scheduling and fulfilling emergency transportation needs as and when required.
∎ Maintain the logbook and other necessary register.
∎ Checking fuel/gas bills and monitoring the overall expenditure of vehicles.
∎ Monitoring necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BRTA and other respective concerns.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel both in English & Bengali).
∎ Sound Knowledge on the technical aspects of transport maintenance.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proactive, responsible and ability to handle stress.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
