Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support for the production of Mono-sex Tilapia Fry and Culture of Fish in Pond.
∎ Monitoring any hazardous situation of the Pond, inside the Hatchery & Pond also.
∎ To conduct training for Technicians and Workers.
∎ Always stay connected with sales authority for Fish Fry delivery.
∎ To deliver schedule & delivery report to the proper authority.
∎ To provide monthly Mono-sex Tilapia Fry sales report and Pond fish sales report to the proper authority.
∎ To follow up & update daily Feed consumption reports.
∎ Regular monitoring of water parameters like Temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen and Ammonia.
∎ Maintaining Sampling of fish in Pond.
∎ Regular monitoring of Brood Fish health and Tilapia Fish Fry health management.
∎ To arrange a regular meeting with all staff.
∎ Provide daily work plan to staff.
∎ Ensuring Bio-Security for Fish Hatchery & Pond.
∎ Performing any other work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take challenge & work under pressure
∎ Having sound knowledge on Fish Hatchery operation and Fish Culture.
Salary: Negotiable
