Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post graduation with major in Accounting/ Finance/ AIS from a reputed University.
∎ Professional Certification: ACA / FCCA / CIA with audit experience from a reputed CA firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Internal audit as unit head and lead multiple teams
∎ Checking of existing internal controls in various operational areas.
∎ Checking of various compliance issues as set up by internal and external authorities
∎ Measuring the magnitude of various risks and priorities risks for mitigation action
∎ Drafting the new procedures for development and implementation
∎ Counseling with process owners about new development
∎ Implementation of new procedures
∎ Review of audit program with line manager at the mid-stage and after completion of the audit.
∎ Exit meeting with process owners as planned at the initial stage of the audit
∎ Presenting the report to line manager/ management
∎ Assist in any special inspections, investigations, examinations, or reviews on frauds, suspect cases, or irregularities requested by the senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of experience in any reputed RMG/Textiles or any large manufacturing industrial group in the Internal Audit Dept
∎ Should have experience in software/Oracle-based accounting system
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Should have mental acceptance of frequent travel to factories
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies, and techniques
∎ Proficiency in English language and acquainted with diverse work environments.
