Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the quality of the Yarn to be produced making proper raw material mix and monitoring the process in every stages of Ring and Open end spinning .
∎ Establish SOP for Ring and open end spinning mills to produce good quality yarn.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure optimum quality with customer satisfaction.
∎ To confirm good quality sample with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand.
∎ Attend quality complainants and customer feedback sessions in export oriented Knit and woven fabric manufacturers.
∎ Able to Operate all fiber and yarn Testing Machine/Equipment.
∎ To execute the management decision promptly .
