Job Context:

∎ Contract length: 1 Year (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify effective model/s for tablet based digital learning intervention for camp and host children
∎ Coordinate the 'Rigorous Impact Evaluation' for digital learning intervention
∎ Develop 'Project Management Tool (PMT)' with guidance form Education coordinator
∎ Coordinate partner's detail implementation plan (DIP) development based on PMT
∎ Ensure quality implementation of project activities by partner NGO (PNGO) as per PMT and DIP
∎ Ensure overall budget management and correct expenditure posting is BvA system
∎ Ensure budget tracking and develop alternative plan to ensure standard burn rate
∎ Ensure compliance and policies (both IRC and donor) for all types of expenditure
∎ Line management of project's staff and team building for project's success
∎ Coordinate capacity building initiatives for PNGO based on training need assessment (TNA)
∎ Coordinate the roll out of MEAL framework in collaboration with MEAL team.
∎ Develop visibility plan and successful implementation in collaboration with Communication team.
∎ Liaise and collaborate with relevant local authorities and other key stakeholders (e.g. CiC, site management, education office, education sector)
∎ Develop and ensure FD-6/FD-7 submission and completion report on time with the guidance from Education coordinator
∎ Ensure monthly progress report; donor report and other project relevant report
∎ Support Education Coordinator for any kind of project related reports
∎ Coordinate donor visit; internal and external visits at project location
∎ Ensure learning and knowledge management products with the guidance from Education coordinator in collaboration with MEAL and Communication team
∎ Contribute to the delivery of an appropriate and timely response
∎ Any other responsibilities that is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years working experience in managerial position with basic education/non-formal education/digital learning project with national/international NGO. Working experience in EiE/digital learning project will be added value for the candidate.
∎ Experience in education project management, especially digital learning project
∎ Experience in partnership management with implementing agencies (local/national NGO)
∎ Demonstrated capacity to analyze data/statistics for humanitarian operations
∎ Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Access and database software, including in depth knowledge of pivot table/chart and data analysis
∎ Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with minimum support from the team
∎ Familiarity and sensitivity with the Rohingya context: language, customs, etc.
∎ Willingness to work in an environment with limited resources and in difficult situations
∎ Having ability to remain productive under difficult and high stressed situations
∎ Ability on prioritization, respects and adheres to deadlines
∎ Fluency in Bangla and Rohingya is a plus, and excellent in English (written and speaking)
