Job Context:

∎ Contract length: December 31, 2020 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop 'Project Management Tool (PMT)' with the guidance form Education coordinator
∎ Ensure quality implementation of all project activities according to PMT
∎ Ensure overall budget management and accurate expenditure posting is BvA system
∎ Ensure budget tracking and develop alternative plan to ensure standard burn rate
∎ Ensure compliance and policies (both IRC and donor) for all types of expenditure
∎ Line management of project's staff and team building for project's success
∎ Ensure age appropriate ECD interventions for clients (i.e. parents; caregivers; children; health service providers)
∎ Quality assurance for capacity building initiatives for project staffs and community volunteers
∎ Develop monitoring and evaluation plan with the support from M&E team; ensure monitoring and evaluation as per plan
∎ Develop visibility plan and successful implementation in collaboration with Communication team
∎ Liaise and collaborate with relevant local authorities and other key stakeholders (e.g. CiC, site management, education focal, education cluster)
∎ Develop and ensure FD 6 & FD-7 submission and completion report on time with the mentorship from Education coordinator
∎ Ensure monthly progress report; donor report and other project relevant report
∎ Support Education Coordinator for any kind of project related reports
∎ Coordinate donor visit; internal and external visits at project location
∎ Ensure learning and knowledge management products with the guidance from Education coordinator in collaboration with MEAL and Communication team
∎ Contribute to the delivery of an appropriate and timely response
∎ Functional working relationship with health and child protection sector
∎ Any other responsibilities that is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' working experience in the similar position with ECD/community based health/Education program in national/international NGO. At least 3 years working experience in managerial position with INGO.
∎ Working experience in EiE/Health Integrated ECD program will be an added value
∎ Experienced in managing early childhood development, community based health program, education or child protection programs
∎ Experienced in FD6, FD7 and government liaison
∎ Prior experience and excellent understanding of working in emergency settings or insecure environments
∎ Strong leadership, management, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, analytical social skills
∎ Budget planning and management skills, previous experience developing and effectively implementing multi-million, multi-donor grants is an advantage
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment and effective in representation and coordination with external actors
∎ Promotes teamwork, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle stress and pressure with professional grace
∎ Able to respond rapidly to changing environments and multitask
∎ Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Proficiency in Rohingya language is preferable
