Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage Construction and Supply chain audits.
Applicant must have profound knowledge about Specification of construction materials and Quality.
Conduct physical verification of construction materials.
Review Construction project budgets, BOQs, Work orders and variations for compliance and accuracy.
Review and verify Contractor / Vendor Bills against work order.
Identify risks related to Cost overruns, Procurement fraud, Conflicts of interest, Duplicate payments and Unauthorized purchases.
Preferable to have knowledge of “Sourcing & Pricing” of good quality building materials.
Checking ability to measurement sheet of R/A bill(s), over billing, duplicate billing, Rate discrepancies and unauthorized claim.
