Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any of the public university (BUET/RUET/CUET/KUET).
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 1 year experience in textile industry, 10 to 15 years in a knit composite factory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop & implement all kinds of civil construction work in align with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout;
∎ Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations;
∎ Sourcing structural & architect designer and consultants for the upcoming and existing projects, if needed;
∎ Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting;
∎ Demonstrating computer models of structures, preparing project cost and time line, organize bill of quantity (BOQ) and accountable for competent construction material management;
∎ Oversee Construction Personnel;
∎ Responsible for civil construction and interior construction etc. material purchasing for the establishments and running projects of the group;
∎ Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
∎ Make sure incorporating all kinds of utility facilities of a modern industrial building including fire hydrant system/fire detection and protection system, health & hygiene facility and also maintaining a high level of structural integrity adopting national and international building codes and safety standards;
∎ Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries;
∎ Make sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety;
∎ Calculation of loads, stresses, pressure and strains so that each component can experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressure like storm or earthquake;
∎ Conduct periodical maintenance of the buildings that includes inspecting various property conditions of different structural components and taking necessary measures of rebuilding the structure or retrofitting work as deemed appropriate for the agreed situation;
∎ Any other job assigned by management;
