Experience:

The Senior Manager / AGM – Textile Quality will oversee the entire quality function across Textiles, ensuring compliance with internal standards and global buyer requirements. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven record in quality management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Develop, implement, and monitor textile quality assurance & control systems.
Lead internal and external audits, including ISO and customer-specific audits.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and waste.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Manage and mentor the quality team, enhancing skills and performance.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and analyze quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review.
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) effectively.
