∎ M.Com/MBA in Accounts/Finance/AIS from a reputed University With ACA/ACCA/CA (Partly Qualified)

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling, monitoring, and coordinating of daily accounting works of Textile Division such as Daily Cash Balancing, Money requisition, money receiving & expenses, payments, etc.
∎ Manage the accounting & reporting process & ensure compliance & consistency with generally accepted accounting Standard & organizational policy
∎ Facilitate an effective and efficient implementation of the Group Accounting including setting of Accounting policy; management and financial accounts; payroll; system upgrades; cash flow forecasting; company expenses; ad hoc work.
∎ Monitor and control of all Sub Contract Works bills, fabrics stock position.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly accounts related report preparation and checking.
∎ Control and monitor of receipt and payment of sub-contract works.
∎ Maintenance of internal check as per management policy with a view to ensure good internal control system.
∎ Monitor of internal as well as out parties’ sub-contract works.
∎ Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience both in the local and multinational work environment preferably in Textile with adequate knowledge on diversified industries
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Proactively trouble shoot and problem-solving capacity
∎ Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative working relationships within the team
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, especially in Oracle ERP
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
