∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA/CC will get preferable.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects the Company
∎ Financial planning for the Company
∎ Providing strategic financial input to senior management
∎ Execute the financial strategy of the company
∎ Developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the Company
∎ Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
∎ Overseeing the overall accounting process
∎ Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
∎ Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
∎ Managing of financial risks for the Company
∎ Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
∎ Support the MD with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
∎ Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
∎ Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required
∎ Advise sales and service personnel in financial matter to minimize risks for the Company
∎ Support Sales and Service Teams in costing matters before the Sales and post-calculations during and after completion of the order process
∎ Lead and support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget keeping
∎ Review of sales contracts from the financial point of view
∎ Review Letters of Credit to minimize risk and cost for the Company
∎ Monitor invoicing and payments by customers
∎ Monitor payments of the Company to principals and suppliers
∎ Maintain legal documents like distribution/dealer agreements, etc.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management, from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Accounts & Finance Department
∎ Working experience in the Relevant Track will get priorityy
∎ Who have no experience need not to apply for the position
