Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Bachelor degree in BBA/MBA /CSE/EEE or equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ Professional certification on SCM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and lead supplier managed inventory engagements, maximizing consistency across the Enterprise
∎ Develop best value source selection process relative to the supplier managed inventory services
∎ Identify and develop best-in-class suppliers
∎ Drive cost savings by lowering the total cost of acquisition through effective negotiations, value analysis and process improvements
∎ Analyze historical spend data to identify new opportunities for cost savings
∎ Establish and maintain good supplier and internal customer relationships that foster an environment of collaboration and trust
∎ End to end knowledge on local, foreign purchase
∎ Familiar with all kind tendering method
∎ Good in managing purchase contract, AMC & AMS etc.
∎ Vast understanding on VAT, Tax & all landing cost relevant to IT product
∎ Handling all kind of maintenance & return IT goods.
∎ Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility.
∎ Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.
∎ Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost-effective procuring process for the business.
∎ Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
∎ Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets.
∎ Develop creative and innovative procurement processes (eProcurement).
∎ EOL-End of life management.
∎ Responsible for all surplus inventories including recording all End of Life (EOL) inventories and disposal.

∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Good exposer with IT OEM & Vendor
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Strong communication skill.
